The seminar series focus on current research related to Tumor Biology, Molecular Genetics and Pathology. A wide range of topics will be presented by prominent speakers from the USA, Europe and the Nordic Countries. The topics include cancer research, molecular evolution, bioinformatics, immunology, genomics, parasitology, developmental biology and clinical applications.

No formal examination.
PhD students at the Department of Immunology, Genetics and Pathology will need to attend 30 seminars during their PhD education to pass and receive 6 hp.
PhD students from other departments will need an 80% attendance per semester to pass and receive 3 hp.
