Introduction to research studies at Uppsala University.

Innehåll

This web course gives a brief introduction to the organization of the faculties, strategies for study design, conduct and interpretation, grant applications, commercialization of research, and tips, rules and rights for PhD students.

Undervisning

No application to this course is needed. You will be registered on the course after the decision of admission to your PhD studies and we will contact you with a welcome letter with instructions on how to get started with the course. Registration to the course will be done approximately one month after your admission to PhD studies.

If you were admitted to PhD studies during 2019 or earlier and have not taken the previous introductory course nor been registered on this course yet, please contact the course administration in order to be registered on the course.

This course should be taken as early as possible in a doctoral education. An activated student account at Uppsala University is needed to be able to access the course.
