This course intended for anyone starting to analyze scientific images or those who want an introduction to the ImageJ, cell Profiler, Hugyens and Imaris packages.
The course mostly interactive, learning about image analysis by using the software.
At the end students working in groups will present their work on a image analysis problem chosen by the group.

There is time to work on your images

The course is restricted to 12 applicants.

Applications will be assessed 1 month before the start of the course and applicants notified.

All sessions should be attended.
Absence others than for health reasons (e.g. lab meetings) result in a charge of 1000 SEK.

At the end of the course students working in groups will present their approach to an image analysis problem.
